Tom Ingersoll

Tom Ingersoll has been in the construction industry for over 50 years with leading nation-wide Canadian companies. Tom branched out on his own in May 2007 and started Ingersoll & Associates Inc.
 
Since that time, Ingersoll & Associates Inc. has been involved with both field and office environments which span a multitude of projects in the industrial, manufacturing, commercial, retail, institutional, civil, transit, casinos, recreational, and hospitality fields.
 
Tom’s involvement in these projects has been in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Trinidad, Nevis, and the Bahamas. His areas of expertise include:

  • Constructability Review
  • Labour and Material Pricing
  • Quantity Takeoff
  • Scheduling
  • Tender Closings
  • Trade Tender Review and Analysis

Tom is adept in evaluating and analyzing plan overviews and specifications, uncovering discrepancies and ambiguities in pre-construction, during construction and post-construction work as well as preparing preliminary budgets, with or without drawings.

Mike Slivinski has been in the construction industry for over 25 years with leading nation-wide Canadian companies. Mike is a certified Professional Quantity Surveyor.
 
Mike partnered with Ingersoll & Associates Inc. in January 2018. Mike has been involved in both field and office atmospheres, working on various types of projects including but not limited to:
